On January 4, 2019, the National Epidemic Control announced the evaluation results of the first batch of on-site rapid detection reagents for African swine fever, and the "instrument + reagent" combination in which Lepsen participated in the comparison was among them, becoming one of the on-site rapid detection reagents designated by the national epidemic control.
The instrument used by Lipsen to participate in the comparison experiment was jointly developed with Luoyang Institute of Modern Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
Among them, the "Rubik's Cube Series" instrument and the "Portable Nucleic Acid Detection Box" have multi-channel settings, which can easily realize multi-index detection, greatly improve work efficiency, simple and flexible operation, and complete African swine fever detection in 35 minutes, free switching between vehicle and desktop, GPS positioning, real-time upload of detection data, etc.
At present, the "Rubik's Cube Series" instrument and the "Portable Nucleic Acid Detection Box" have obtained the comparison and verification reports of the national epidemic control and 16 provincial animal disease prevention and control centers, and the instruments have been supplied to more than 500 animal disease prevention and control centers at all levels, slaughtering enterprises, breeding enterprises, etc., and have been well received by users.

The African swine fever virus fluorescence PCR rapid detection kit was jointly developed by Epsen and the China Animal Disease Control and Prevention Center, and was produced by Lapsen GMP workshop. Molecular diagnostic reagents that have been validated by the sample tray of the China Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center can be supplied stably for a long time. This reagent product has the characteristics of fast, sensitive and accurate, which is very suitable for the rapid diagnosis of African swine fever.
