Immunology technology is irreplaceable in the biological industry, with the rapid development of related technologies, its requirements for accuracy are getting higher and higher, obviously, the general enzyme detection technology has gradually been unable to adapt to the new needs in this situation.
  1. What kind of transformation is taking place?
Nowadays, the mainstream of development is no longer the measurement method labeled with radioisotopes (to avoid environmental pollution and damage to the human body), but to the rapid homogeneous and solid-phase assays that can be performed anywhere, and will eventually tend to be able to detect picograms or 10 minus 18 molar non-isotope, automatic or semi-automated laboratory assays, luminescence immunoassay technology conforms to this trend and opens a new era of immunodiagnosis.
  2. Understand immunoluminescence technology
Luminescence immunoassay is an analytical technique with high sensitivity, strong specificity, rapid detection and no radiation hazards. Chemiluminescence immunoassay consists of two parts, the immune response system and the chemiluminescence analysis system.
  ▼Chemiluminescence analysis system
It is the use of chemiluminescent substances through the catalysis of catalysts and oxidants to oxidize to form an excited state intermediate, when this excited state intermediate returns to a stable ground state, photons (hM) are emitted at the same time, and the light quantum yield is measured by luminescence signal measuring instruments.
  ▼Immune response system
It is the direct labeling of luminescent substances (excited state intermediates generated under the excitation of reagents) on antigens (chemiluminescence immunoassays) or antibodies (immunochemiluminescence assays), or enzymes acting on luminescence.

  3. Approaching immunoluminescence technology
The chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay system uses horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to label antibodies or antigens, and after an immune reaction with the specimen to be tested and the solid phase carrier in the reaction system, a solid-phase coated antibody-antigen-enzyme (HRP) labeling complex is formed, and luminol luminescent agent is added to produce chemiluminescence.

4, the conditions as a chemiluminescent agent
The luminescence has a high quantum yield, the physicochemical properties should match the substance being labeled and measured, and it can form a stable conjugate with antigens or antibodies, and its chemiluminescence is often the result of oxidation reactions, and is non-toxic to organisms in the concentration range used.
