According to the agenda of the meeting, Premier Li Qiang of the State Council made a government work report to the Second Session of the 14th National People's Congress on behalf of the State Council. The report reviewed the remarkable achievements and valuable experience achieved in the first year of the full implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. At the same time, it clarified the main development goals for this year and expounded the overall plan of the CPC Central Committee for this year's work.
