(1) The marking position should be accurate (the middle of the ear bone between the left and right ear tips 2/3 and 1/3 from the upper edge of the ear);

(2) Fix the head of the livestock during marking to prevent the egg wound on the animal during marking that is too large and will also lead to the loss of the label

(3) Ear tag wearing should be disinfected as much as possible to reduce the rate of label dropping;

(4) Try to ensure that the ear tag and ear tag pliers are clean and tidy, and keep away from fertilizers and pollution sources as far as possible from the wearing place;

(5) When replacing the ear tag or the ear tag falls off, please do not wear the ear tag on the ear hole that has used the ear tag before, so that the ear tag will swing, or other foreign objects will hook the ear tag and it will be easy to fall off;

(6) If there are mosquito and fly bites in summer, you can consider using insecticides locally in the ears;

(7) Any equipment and foreign objects that may snagged the ear tag should be removed from the pasture as much as possible.

(8) If it is found that the animal bites the ear tag, it should be stopped in time or the damaged ear tag should be replaced in time;

(9) Livestock should wear ear tags with the same information on the left and right ears as much as possible to prevent the loss of livestock information caused by ear tag falling off;

(10) Use the matching ear tag pliers correctly.
