Expected usage |
This product uses an enzyme-linked immunosorbent
assay to detect foot-and-mouth disease type A antibodies in the serum of pigs,
cattle, and sheep, which is suitable for evaluating the immune status of
foot-and-mouth disease vaccine in farms. |

1. To obtain the correct results of your experiment, please read the instructions carefully before the experiment. 2. The concentrated washing solution ( 25x ) of the kit is placed at a low temperature, there may be inorganic salt crystallization, so it is recommended to place it at room temperature, if the room temperature is too low, the crystallization can be dissolved in a water bath at 80 °C for 30 min. 3. All reagents were restored to room temperature ( 18-26 ° C ) before use, so as not to affect the antigen-antibody reaction at too low a temperature. 4. Before the experiment, the thermometer was used to check the temperature of the incubator, and whether the temperature was too high or too low to affect the OD value. 5. When the coated plate reacts, it is strictly prohibited to stack and place, it should be tiled so there is a gap between the plates, and it should not be too close to the wall of the incubator. 6. The pipettes and equipment used in the experiment should be calibrated regularly. 7. The collected serum samples should be fresh, and it is best not to hemolysis, serum samples placed at 2 ~ 8 °C not more than 2 days, room temperature for not more than 8 hours if you need to place them for long time should be stored at-20 °C. |
