The LFCM02 fixed reader is a 134.2KHZ long-distance non-contact inductive read head. It is a read head module specially designed to read low-frequency electronic ear tags that comply with ISO11784/5 specifications. It directly uses Wiegand 42, Wiegand 50 or RS232 format output.
After reading the data, output it from DATA0, DATA1 and RS232. When designing LFCM02, product stability, service life and anti-interference are important design acceptance criteria. It has fewer peripheral components and saves costs; single power supply control facilitates design.
LFCM02’s sensing distance will not become shorter when used stably for a long time. Eliminates maintenance hassles and has strong anti-interference ability against the environment.

Features:
1: This series of products is divided into two frequencies: 125KHz or 134.2KHz. It can be used in parking lot systems, especially as channel points in livestock management, or combined with inductive electronic ear tags in breeding feeders. Read electronic ear tags at a distance of 40cm to 50cm. A product with a fairly stable market.
2: Output methods include: RS232 or 485 output, you can choose to read only once or continuously read the code.
3: Customers can choose standard products with shells, customized coils, or use customer's shells, which can be personalized to meet your requirements.
4: This reading head is different from the general card readers on the market. It can be used for a long time without attenuation of the card reading distance.
5: Application occasions: automatic feeders, dairy cow weighing stations, livestock management channel points and other fields are unique.
Advantages of LFCM02 fixed reader:
1: The current problem with medium and long-distance reading heads on the market is unstable quality. After users use them for a period of time, the sensing distance is significantly reduced or there is no response at all after using them for a period of time. This is very inconvenient for engineering maintenance units and users.
2: When designing the LFCM02 fixed reader, product stability, service life and anti-interference are important design acceptance criteria. During production, each machine has undergone a 72-hour high-temperature burn-in test to ensure that every LFCM02 Fixed reader factory quality.
3: In terms of power supply, the LFCM02 fixed reader uses DC-9V instead of DC-12V. This is mainly to protect the internal electronic parts and prevent them from working under DC-12V. It is difficult to work in a DC-12V environment. Some electronic parts are on the critical edge; parts are easily damaged and aged. Although using DC-12V can make the sensing distance farther, the life of the product is shortened and the product quality becomes unstable. FLR01 is fixed The reader sacrifices a little sensing distance, but increases the reliability of the product.
4: In terms of anti-static protection capability, the LFCM02 fixed reader can reach 4KV.
