Brucella Test Strips
This test paper is made based on the principle of time-resolved fluorescence immunochromatography test. After the sample is added to the sampling hole, it moves along the chromatography membrane with the fluorescent microsphere markers. If there are Brucella antibodies in the sample, it will move with the fluorescent microspheres. The marker binds to the antigen on the detection line and displays a fluorescent signal; if there is no antibody in the sample, no fluorescent signal is generated.
