 Expected usage
Classical swine fever is an acute, febrile, and highly contagious disease. The determination of antibody titers in immunized pigs can   understand the protection level of pigs against classical swine fever virus attacks. This detection card is suitable for the auxiliary diagnosis   of  classical swine fever virus antibodies.
 Main components
Test card, dropper, desiccant, aluminum foil bag, color comparison card, and instructions.
    Sample     requirements

 1. The detection card is only suitable for detecting pig serum / whole blood samples, and sample collection should avoid cross-   contamination.

 2. Serum: 2 ~ 3ml blood was extracted according to the conventional method and placed in a clean and dry test tube for about 1 hour.   After  blood coagulation, the blood was centrifuged at 4000 rpm for 10 minutes ( or the blood could be placed for about 2 hours, and the   serum was naturally precipitated after blood coagulation ), and the serum was separated. Require serum clear, no hemolysis, no pollution.   Serum samples can be stored at 2 ~ 8 °C for a short time, and-20 °C for a long time.

 3. Whole blood: whole blood with anticoagulant can be used as a test sample ( whole blood samples cannot be frozen ). If there is no   anticoagulant, it must be dripped into the sample hole of the detection card immediately after being collected for detection, to avoid the   sample solidification unable to flow and affect the experiment.
  Detection steps

 1. Collect urine in a clean container.

 2. After the detection card is taken out and restored to room temperature, the aluminum foil bag is torn.

 3. The ID number of the sample to be tested is recorded on the detection card.

 4. An appropriate amount of urine samples was taken and 2-3 drops ( about 0.1 mL ) were slowly added to the sample hole of the test card   ( see Fig.1 ).

 5. After 3 ~ 5 min, the color zone was observed and the results were judged.
    Result   determination

Negative ( - ): Two red bands appeared. Indicates that the sample does not contain ractopamine ( RAC ) or its concentration is less than       3ppb.

Positive ( + ): no red band appeared on the detection line ( T ), indicating that the concentration of ractopamine ( RAC ) in the sample was   higher than 3ppb.

Invalid: no quality control line ( C ), indicating that the operation process is incorrect or the test card has failed.
 Diagnostic     references

 1. If the pig has not been vaccinated against swine fever :

1.1 When there was no obvious band at the test line ( T ) of the tested sample, it indicated that there was no classical swine fever virus   antibody in the tested sample. If the pigs are healthy, swine fever vaccination should be carried out in time.

1.2 When there is a clear band at the detection line ( T ) of the sample, the pig may be infected with a wild virus, which should be further   observed and verified.

 2. If the pig has been vaccinated against swine fever :

2.1 When the color of the test line ( T ) band of the tested sample was greater than or equal to the 1: 16 titer in the colorimetric card, it   indicated that the titer of the swine fever virus antibody was high and had reached the protection level against the strong virus attack.
 Storage conditions   and validity period
Store at 4-30°C away from light; the test card is valid for 18 months.
