African Swine Fever Virus Detection Test Strips
This test paper is made based on the principle of time-resolved fluorescence immunochromatography test. After the sample is added to the sampling hole, it moves along the chromatography membrane together with the fluorescent microsphere markers. If there are African swine fever virus antibodies in the sample, it will move with the fluorescent microspheres. The marker binds to the antigen on the detection line to generate a fluorescent signal; if there is no antibody in the sample, no fluorescent signal is generated.
